What the Village is

One room, every level of experience, on purpose. A 16-year-old and a 50-year-old take the same task away and apply it to their own work, and they learn different things from it and from each other. You learn the nine languages every business runs on, live, across a year of work on a business of your own.

What founding gets you

• The founding rate of $4,950 a year, held for as long as your membership stays active. The rate rises for everyone who joins after launch.
• Your place opened first, before the room opens to everyone.
• A hand in setting the tone of the room from day one.

When it opens

The full Village opens in late October or early November 2026. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the date and open your founding place first.

If a member is under 18

Every member owns their own work, whatever their age. If your young person is under 18 you get access alongside them, you see the same messages they do, and you're welcome to sit in on the live calls. Sessions are recorded and stay inside the community. No adult speaks to a minor privately, every coach holds a current Working With Children Check, and the coaching goes to the young person, because the point is their judgement and their independence. Members over 18 take part as adults.
