The Young Founders community, coached.

This is the room for young founders, live and small, and it's separate from the Village. A group of young people building real businesses at the same time, coached by Charbel every week, with a private space of your own between calls. It's where the drive you find building something turns into momentum you keep.

Done the course? It comes off the price

If you've bought the $297 Young Founders course, that $297 comes off your coaching fee when you upgrade within 60 days. The course gets you moving on your own. Coaching is where you do it live, with Charbel and a room of other young founders around you.

Who runs it

Charbel is a serial founder, a creative and an educator. He's been starting businesses since 1988, across hospitality, retail, technology, design and education, founded Academy Xi, grew it to a $22 million valuation and sold his stake for seven figures, and has coached 8,500 people. He built each of those businesses, and each one built him back, and that's the belief the coaching runs on. He runs every call himself.

Meet Charbel

If you're under 18

Every member owns their own work, whatever their age. If you're under 18 a parent gets access alongside you, sees the same messages you do, and is welcome on the live calls. Sessions are recorded and stay inside the group. No adult speaks to a young person privately, every coach holds a current Working With Children Check, and the coaching goes to the young founder, because the point is your judgement and your independence.

Founding places

The founding intro rate is $3,950, and it rises after the first group. Founding members set the tone of the room. Places are capped, because two live calls a week with Charbel only works with a small group.

• Is it live, or recorded? Live, twice a week, with Charbel and the group. Calls are recorded so you can catch up if you miss one.
• How much time does it take? Two live calls a week for twelve weeks, plus the work on your own business between them.
• Is a Kit included? Yes, one of your choice, posted to you.
• I've done the course. Do I pay twice? No. Your $297 comes off the coaching fee.
• Is this the Village? No. The Village is the all-ages membership. This is the Young Founders room, coached, on its own.
