The Young Founders community, coached.

This is the room for young founders, live and small, and it's separate from the Village. A group of young people building real businesses at the same time, coached by Charbel every week, with a private space of your own between calls. It's where the drive you find building something turns into momentum you keep.

The same twelve phases, filmed. A short video for every activity, the printed Workbook, and you run it at your own pace whenever it suits you.

Plenty of young people work best this way, and they do it well. If that's how yours is wired, the course is the right call and it's a quarter of the cost.

The coaching

Everything in the course, and then the part the videos can't carry. Someone's expecting your work each week, so it gets done. Charbel catches what's going sideways while it's still small, rather than three months later. You're in a room with other young people building at the same time, which changes what feels possible.

And the conversations take you further than any video, because the answer your business needs is rarely the general answer.

The filmed content is one dimension, and a good one. What comes out of the conversation is the part you can't get on your own.

Start with the course and move up later if you'd rather. If you've bought the $297 course, that $297 comes off your coaching fee when you upgrade within 60 days.

The prep week gets everything set up before the first call, so week one starts on the work rather than on admin. Every call is recorded, so a missed week is a catch-up rather than a gap. Between calls you work on your own business, and the group space is there for questions.

We break for the school holidays and come back in January for the last two phases, which are the ones about who you've become and what you do next. They land better at the start of a year than in the week between Christmas and New Year.

Two live calls a week, twenty-four in all, run by Charbel himself.
Up to 30 minutes a week of one-to-one coaching time on your own business, optional and encouraged, on top of the group calls.
A Young Founders group space, just your cohort, for questions between calls.

If you're under 18. Every call is recorded, including your one-to-one time, and your parent or carer has access to every recording. They're welcome on any call you'd like them on, and you decide which ones those are. Every coach holds a current Working With Children Check. Members over 18 take part as adults and can work with Charbel directly.

Who it's for

Young people building their first business, roughly 15 to 30, and the parents backing them. Younger is welcome when there's a parent alongside them and something real to work on. You don't need an idea yet, and you don't need any business experience. You bring something you're into and the hours, the coaching brings the order and the room.

It meets the young founder you are. Sharp with numbers and restless with the rest, or a natural at selling who stalls at the money side. The work grows whatever part is missing, because your business needs it before the next step will land.

Who runs it

Charbel is a serial founder, a creative and an educator. He's been starting businesses since 1988, across hospitality, retail, technology, design and education, founded Academy Xi, grew it to a $22 million valuation and sold his stake for seven figures, and has coached 8,500 people. He built each of those businesses, and each one built him back, and that's the belief the coaching runs on. He runs every call himself.

Meet Charbel

If you're under 18

Every member owns their own work, whatever their age. The coaching goes to you, because the point is your judgement and your independence.

Every call is recorded, including your one-to-one time, and the recordings stay inside the group. Your parent or carer has access to all of them. They're welcome on any call you'd like them on, and you decide which ones those are. Every coach holds a current Working With Children Check, and we take privacy and security seriously.

Founding places

The founding intro rate is $3,950, and it rises after the first group. Founding members set the tone of the room. Places are capped, because two live calls a week with Charbel only works with a small group.

Questions

Couldn't they just work through it on their own? Yes, and some will. The course exists for exactly that. Coaching is for the young founder who moves further with someone expecting their work each week, catching problems early, and a room of people doing the same thing beside them.
When does it run? A prep week from Monday 5 October, then the first call on Tuesday 13 October. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm Sydney time, an hour to an hour and a half. Ten weeks to Thursday 17 December, a break over the holidays, then back Tuesday 12 January and finishing Thursday 21 January 2027.
Is it live, or recorded? Live, twice a week, with Charbel and the group. Every call is recorded so you can catch up if you miss one.
How much time does it take? Two calls a week, plus the work on your own business between them.
My child is under 18. How does the one-to-one time work? It's optional, and we encourage it. Every session is recorded and you have access to the recordings. Whether you sit in is your young person's call, because independence is half of what they're here to build.
Is a Kit included? Yes, one of your choice, posted to you.
I've done the course. Do I pay twice? No. Your $297 comes off the coaching fee.
Is this the Village? No. The Village is the all-ages membership. This is the Young Founders room, coached, on its own.
