The Faster Zebra Village
The Faster Zebra Village
For people who can't not make things.
The world has never had more tools, and it's never been easier to create.
The people who thrive from here won't be the ones who know the most. They'll be the ones who can see the opening, connect the ideas, solve the real problem and make it happen.
The Village is a new kind of business school, built as a living room. It's where founders, operators and professionals become multilingual in business, and grounded in who they are, by building real work alongside each other.
> Four seasons a year.
> Four live calls a week.
> One room of people at every age and stage.
You can download knowledge. You can't download judgement.

The first 50 start before the season does.
Founding is the first 50 members, and they don't wait for the opening. The room opens early, Charbel's in there from day one, and you help shape the first season instead of walking into a finished one.
You lock the founding rate, $4,950 a year, for as long as your membership stays active. Everyone who joins after the first 50 pays more. Once the fiftieth place is taken, founding closes for good.
Get in early, hold your rate, and set the tone of the room everyone else walks into.
Claim your founding placeWhy the Village
Range you can't download. A room you can't replicate.
A course sorts you into a cohort by level and teaches down at you, so nobody's far enough ahead to be useful. The Village does the opposite on purpose. Every age, every stage, one real problem on the table.
Multilingual in business
Business, money, brand, product, customer, innovation, growth, technology, and self. Nine languages. Most people speak one and freeze in the rest. Here you get fluent enough to hold the whole. That's the Neupreneur: commercially multilingual, AI-native, and human-centred.
The only work left is the work you can't automate
The steps are being automated. What's left is judgement: framing the right problem, the creative leap, the read on the room. You can't get that from a module. You practise it, live, next to people who already have it.
Nobody graduates. You get bigger
No certificate, because you never finish making your work matter. Every season comes round and you meet it from a stronger place. You build the venture, and it builds you back.
Sovereignty, learned in company
You're here to own your own life, on your own terms. You build that in a room, not alone in a feed. The fluency shows on the surface. A firmer sense of who you are runs underneath. Mind, Skills, Soul and Make, in one person.
Your week
Four calls a week. The same question. A different direction for every person.
Monday
Business & money
Build the thing and make it pay. The commercial read that tells you whether it works.
Tuesday
Innovation
Find the right problem and move it. Turn the idea into something validated and launched.
Wednesday
Brand & experience
How the work lands, and who it's for. The brand you build and the experience around it.
Thursday
Creativity & the mind
Creative practice, how people really decide, and the turn inward. The 7-minute meditation and reflection lands the same day.
Everyone gets the same prompt, the same challenge, the same guidance, four times a week, and everyone takes it somewhere completely different, because the work bends to what you walked in to build or run. A course marches everyone to the same answer. The Village does the reverse: one shared question, and a different direction for the first-time owner, the person reviving a thirty-year business, the one running project work inside a company, the freelancer, the team lead, and the person who wants to offer more. These are activities, workshops and guidance that work whatever you're building or running, in any business or organisation, in any role. Live on AEST, with replays for everyone else.
The roadmap
Four seasons. Renewing and refreshing each year.
Mind. Skills. Soul. Make. Across a year the whole room moves together through four seasons, each ten weeks, each turning every call toward one kind of evidence. You don't graduate from making your work matter. Every time a season comes round, you meet it from a stronger place.
Season one · Proof
Bring it to life
Give the work tangible form and put it where a real person can meet it. You leave with first traction and a Proof Portfolio.
Season two · Signal
Make it unmistakable
A position you can defend, and a voice only you would use. You leave with a public signal and an Unmistakable Brand Book.
Season three · Engine
Make it repeatable
Turn founder-held effort into a machine that delivers without burning you out. You leave with an Engine Manual.
Season four · Long game
Build it to last
Choose what deserves to continue, and build the resilience to carry it. You leave with a Long Game Thesis.
Join any time. Enrolment rolls. Land in any season and you arrive inside a complete piece of work, with the room already around you. No cohort to wait for, no back catalogue to clear. You start where the room is, and the room is always building.
What you leave with
Come in fluent in one thing. Leave speaking all of them.
Nobody joins the Village for the calls. They join to become someone they couldn't become alone. The fluency shows on the surface. A firmer sense of who you are runs underneath, because the room works the mind while it builds the range.
The young builder
Comes in speaking one language and freezing in the rest, waiting for permission. Leaves having shipped, picking up a new language fast, trusted by people twice their age.
Embedding new knowledge inside a company
Comes in unsure it'll take. Leaves speaking across the whole business, carrying real range into any lane on their own terms.
The thirty-year operator
Comes in fluent in one or two tongues and worried the rest moved on. Leaves the polyglot the room leans on, sharpened by the young, bigger than when they arrived.
One room, every age, the same shift wearing different clothes. You can download the information. You can't download who you become in here.
Why now
We've never had more tools. Most people have never felt more replaceable.
The feed serves the same advice back on a loop. The steps of your job are being automated one by one. It's a quiet fear, and almost nobody says it out loud: that the thing you were good at is becoming a button, and you're not sure what's underneath it.
Here's what's underneath it. Judgement. The range to move between disciplines, the read on the right problem, the creative leap, the feel for the people in the room. That's the work automation can't reach, and almost nobody's being trained for it, because it can't be handed over in a module. It's practised, in a room, next to people who've already been where you're going.
Depth got you good. Range keeps you valuable. This is where you build it.
One room. Every age, every stage. On purpose.
The room is mixed on purpose. A nineteen-year-old and a fifty-year-old work the same problem from opposite ends, and both leave sharper.
Real life was never sorted by age or by lane. Neither is this.
Judgement doesn't transfer from a video. It transfers from people slightly ahead of you and people two decades ahead, on real problems, in the same room. Everyone arrives carrying something the others need. The student becomes the teacher, and you learn as much from the room as you bring to it.
Range is learned across levels.

Your guide
A map, drawn by someone who's walked it.
Charbel started his first business in 1988 and has built across design, technology, innovation and brand ever since. HCD, brand, agency, food and beverage, streetwear and publishing. Wins, lessons, and the scars to show for it. He became multilingual by building, one venture at a time, and this is the room where he hands it forward, live, every week.

The Inner Circle.
Three levels, one climb. The Kit gives you structure, at your own pace. The Village gives you range: other disciplines, other people, and the accountability of a room led by experts. The Inner Circle puts a mentor in the work beside you, at the moments that decide it.
Every member of the Village is all the way in: every call, every season, the room, the replays. The Inner Circle answers a different need. It puts a mentor inside your work, week to week, Charbel or a specialist matched to what you're making, someone who knows your context and holds you to your own standard, so the way you work changes for good in everything you make next.
Twenty seats, by invitation, for proven makers who are all in. The investment is discussed when we speak.

Is this a course?
No. A course marches everyone to the same answer. Here everyone gets the same question four times a week and takes it a different direction. These are activities, workshops and guidance, live, in a mixed room. Information can be downloaded. This has to be lived.
I'm not starting a business. Is this for me?
Yes. It works whatever you're building or running, in any business or organisation, in any role, whether you're leading project work inside a company, freelancing, or simply want to offer a lot more than you do now.
What does founding get me?
You're one of the first 50. You start early, help shape the first season, and lock $4,950 a year for as long as you stay. That rate rises once the 50 places are taken.
What if I join part way through a season?
You land inside a progressing piece of work, with the room already around you. The season is built so a mid-point arrival has everything they need.
Which calls can I attend?
Your choice: all of them or some of them. Every member is welcome at every call.
How much time does it take?
Four live calls a week. Come to what serves you, catch the rest on replay. The room works around a working week.
Good things come to those who make.
As you build something, it builds you back.
Founding is the first 50, and it closes when the fiftieth place is taken. Claim yours, start early, and hold your rate.
