It is a small working circle with direct access to Charbel. Hands on your build, week to week, from someone who knows your context and holds you to your own standard. The kind of close, specific guidance that only works when the numbers stay low.
So the numbers stay low. The Inner Circle is capped at twenty and joined by conversation. A closer seat at the same table, for the season of building that calls for one. Your community membership already gives you everything the room holds; this is for when you want Charbel in the build with you.

You land inside a complete piece of work. The season is built so a mid-point arrival has everything they need and nothing to catch up on.
Which calls can I attend?
All of them. Every member is welcome at every call.
I am a seasoned operator. Will the room fit me?
Yes. The room and the seasons are built for operators rebuilding, scaling, or starting the next thing, in the company of others doing the same, and of first-timers who keep the thinking fresh.
Do I need a Kit to join?
Yes. The Kit holds the practice. The membership holds the room. One unlocks the other.
How much time does it take?
